sales tax exemption # if outside of Utah) must be provided to register the software.

Paying by Check - Print the completed order form and mail the order form with a check 
for the license period selected (plus sales tax if in Utah) to SBF Publication Company, Inc.,
PO Box 1922, Salt Lake City, UT 84110-1922. We will email to you the ScoutSoft license file within 5 days
of receipt of payment.  Exit the form after printing by clicking on the Back Arrow at top of the webpage or
by clicking on the Home Page button at the bottom of this form. 

Paying by Credit Card - Click on the Pay by Credit Card button below to pay by credit card 
using PayPal secure credit card processing services.  IMPORTANT - Your credit card charge will appear  
under the name of SBF Publication Company on your credit card statement.

License Issue Policy- Licenses are usually emailed within 24 business hours from receipt and  
verification of payment. License requests on weekends, national holidays or for Company closures are usually  
issued on the next office business day.  Licenses will be emailed to you from our license issuane email
account of scoutsoft@comcast.net.  If you do not receive your license within the above issuance periods send
an email to scoutsoft@scoutsoft.net including your name, phone number and sponsor organization's name.
